This year’s fall lectureship series, "Developing Our Communities: Implementing a Statewide Broadband Strategy," is presented by two broadband experts. Amanda Martin is Broadband Director for the TN Department of Economic and Community Development, and Keith Carnahan is the President & CEO of Meriwether Lewis Electric Cooperative headquartered in Centerville, TN. Our speakers will discuss existing broadband infrastructure within rural areas and solutions that would bridge the gap between low population areas and much needed high-speed internet. The Board of the Clement Railroad Hotel Museum is pleased to host Amanda and Keith for their expertise regarding broadband internet. 5 pm - Meet & Greet 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm - Presentation 6:30 pm - Reception Please contact the office at (615) 446-0500 for registration forms, sponsorship forms, or event details.
