Final event for the Tn. Arts Commission grant along with the gathering the following day in Nashville. It will be at 7 pm at the McAdoo cabin in Montgomery Bell State Park. The cabin is next to the Cumberland Presbyterian Church building, which is inside the park, of course. The Cumberland Presbyterians hold summer services there, all nondenominational, and next to the McAdoo cabin (they may call it McAdow, it's been called both names during the past 200 years). That cabin was the the home of the early preacher, where he prayed with two other preachers all night, and they got the message they should break from the Presbyterian Church and form a new congregation, which became the Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
