Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operator located in Dickson, TN. The Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, skid steers, etc. The Operator will also be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, following safety procedures, and communicating with other team members.
This position could provide great opportunity for higher positions as the company continues to grow.
Qualifications
•Resume with minimum of 3 references
•Minimum of 5 years full time experience
•Experience operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, skid steers, etc.
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
•Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
•Effective communication skills for collaborating with other team members.
•Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
•Experience with utility installation is a plus.
